Water 

In many cases, you will receive your water through your city government. That is not always the case, however. Some people in Iowa receive their water through private companies. The Iowa Utilities Board regulates one investor-owned water utility: the Iowa-American Water Company in Davenport.

Help paying your water bill 

If you are having trouble paying your water bill, reach out to your local Community Action Agency to find out if they can connect you with assistance.
